Global Protective Services Program for Silicon Valley

An award winning Silicon Valley firm expanding its global footprint, needed a corporate security risk management program built from the ground up. This included the creation of security, business continuity and travel risk management policies, processes and procedures, through to the design and implementation of Office and Residential security. A scalable Executive Protection program was delivered, for the CEO and family, as well as their Silicon Valley ultra-high net worth tech and venture capital associates, balancing privacy, protection and crucially productivity - providing a competitive advantage.
The corporation reduced a spectrum of risk and accelerated opportunity, by protecting its executives and share price.
Executive Protection & Travel Risk Program for Multinational Corporation
A VP of a multinational corporation needed a program to reduce the security, medical and legal risks associated with international business and executive travel. This ground up engagement included policies, processes and procedures, spanning board level engagement, threat risk
and vulnerability assessment, training, logistics, intelligence
as well as protective intelligence, residential security and executive protection. Furthermore, the program was accurately measured against a maturity model to gauge
sector benchmarking and compliance with best practice.
This enabled the corporation to enter into emerging markets, providing measurable effect and return on investment.

Global Royalty & Diplomatic Protection Operations

Following the design and delivery of specialist training to a Foreign Countries Royalty Protection Unit, we were tasked with providing Close Protection to a the country's Foreign Royal Family during international travel. We provided a Close Protection Team to provide discrete protection during an ever-changing itinerary of international diplomatic, business and leisure travel; including a logistical package including 20+ vehicles and 50+ security staff, supported by host nation counterparts. The flexible protection methodology included covert protection and counter-surveillance.
Following this, His Royal Highness issued a letter of commendation for 'diligence, professionalism and efficiency'
UK Ultra High Net Worth Protective Security
Following targeted threats, 5GS was tasked to design and implement a security program for a VIP with young children. After an initial review of the existing security team, staff were retrained and Standard and Emergency Operating Procedures were redesigned. The multimillion-pound family residence
was afforded extensive physical and technical security measures, without undermining the family home. The VIP and children were afforded Counter Surveillance as well as prehospital trauma and medically trained covert and overt Close Protection during extensive international travel.
A measurable security program suitable to the privacy and protection needs of a young family was established.

Global Event Security Program for Tech Giant

A series of global events for one of the world's best-known multinational corporations needed to be protected from privacy, information and physical security threats. Following
a security risk assessment, various information security, protective intelligence and monitoring measures kept the event private. Commercially sensitive information was protected through Technical Surveillance Countermeasures. Covert protection and behavioural detection teams provided the event's notable attendees with protection without undermining the atmosphere of the event.
The events continue to this day, enabled by a proportionate privacy, protection and productivity model.
US Ultra High Net Worth Protective Security
An underperforming security program for a notable US VIP and their young family needed to be adjusted to meet their privacy, protection and productivity needs. Following a new security risk assessment and review of the existing security team, the existing Security Team staff were retrained and mentored on redesigned policies, processes and procedures. Protection was provided through counter surveillance, as well as trauma and medically trained covert and overt armed protection. Due to the VIPs public profile and young family, balancing privacy, protection and productivity was key to a sustainable enduring program.
The security program was reimagined, and team retrained to meet the needs of a busy, family orientated VIP.

Diplomatic Protection Training & Validation Exercises

A Brussels-based Diplomatic Protection Team with European parliament and NATO responsibilities, support in developing
their high-performing team. After a thorough training needs analysis, the instructional team delivered a progressive program to enhance the team's core capability through training,
readiness testing and a final validation exercise simulating a marauding firearms terrorist attack. Later that year, the team successfully evacuated their VIP from the Strasbourg market terrorist attack. The Diplomatic Protection Team Leader credited the quality of the training and exercises for their operational
success during the attack, 'The team and I believe the training made the difference to our readiness that day'.
